I love the Isht Sodhana Kriya (instructions below). I love the feeling of groundedness and connectedness it brings and I teach this tantric meditation often in my classes.
One student resonated so deeply with it that she decided to take it on as a 40-day meditation. This student happens to also be a crystal healer, and what she came up with to support her daily practice really inspired me (as I hope it will you).
She created the crystal mandala pictured above to help her focus on the Isht Sodhana visualisations, with hematite for the earthy grey from the belly down, blue chalcedony for the ether blue from the forehead up, and a quartz heart for Guru Ram Das’s pure light emanating from the heart. She kept the mandala on her yoga mat to help tune her into the energy of Isht Sodhana every morning, with the crystals working to support her healing process.
Here is another of Birte’s mandalas, created to support our Master Your Sleep workshop: Crystal quartz surrounded by lepidolite and fluorite. Just beautiful.

Instructions for Isht Sodhana Mantra Kriya (from 3H0 website)
The Isht Sodhana Mantra is a perfect mantra for the Earth energy. It connects the Earth and the vastness of the ether and projects it from the heart. It is done with visualization. It makes you present, calls on your highest spirit, keeps you humble and effective on your new ventures, and attracts opportunities for prosperity.
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose, hands in Gyan Mudra, eyes open 1/10th or closed.
Mantra: Dhartee Hai, Akasha Hai, Guru Ram Das Hai
Visualization: As you chant ‘Dhartee Hai’ visualize a gray earthy tone from the navel expanding on both sides down to the whole Earth and hold.
As you chant ‘Akasha Hai’ visualize from the eye brows and brow point up a vast blue sky expanding into the Ethers and hold.
As you chant ‘Guru Ram Das Hai’ visualize from the Heart Center a huge, circular, bright white light expanding out in all directions and encompassing everything in this light.
Time: Continute for 11 or 31 minutes.
