Dark and cool, the final month of the year is an opportunity to go within. Its introspective nature makes this, right before the sparkles and excitement of Yule arrive, the ideal time for self-healing. In this workshop, we work with kriyas (movements), mantras, mudras (hand gestures) and meditations to cultivate a deep sense of appreciation and love for our self on a physical, emotional and psychic level. Through our practice today, the body is soaked in high vibrational energies, raising our frequency to that of pure, unconditional love. We generate a tidal wave of immense self-appreciation to nourish us on a profound level. Renewed and refreshed, our self-affirmation carries us into the new season with grace, confidence and ease – and its from this place that we can truly appreciate the sheer joy of life’s play.
This workshop is open to everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. There’s no need to be physically flexible, but please do bring an open mind and willing spirit. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement, and a yoga mat if you have one. If not, a sarong, shawl or cushion to sit on will do. Please also bring a shawl or blanket to cover up for relaxations.
