Everything on this kundalini yoga retreat is optional. Our intention is to hold a sweet, healing space for you. If you need time out on your own, you will find Waterfall Farm has acres of space in which to enjoy solace and reconnect with nature.

🤍 9am: Delicious breakfast of local produce
🤍 11am: Optional activity (eg: guided nature walk, meditation in nature, swimming in the waterfalls)
🤍 1pm: Delicious vegetarian lunch
🤍 2pm: Relax at leisure, walk in nature, lounge by the pool, as you wish
🤍 5.30pm: Evening kundalini yoga with Yogigems

The daily schedule is subject to change, depending on our group of kindred souls. All activities are optional.
We’ll practice kundalini yoga in the mornings and evenings on a peaceful deck beneath the trees – the sunrise and sunset a glorious backdrop to our kriyas. There will be plenty of time to pause and enjoy the beautiful surrounds, swimming in natural rock pools at the base of a waterfall and exploring the stunning Cederbergs. This is sacred land, and you’ll enjoy an optional walk through the fynbos and proteas to see the ancient San rock painting sites. Each evening closes with a campfire and a sweet cup of golden milk (vegan available), served beneath the wide star-scattered South African skies.
